Shipping Information
We ship worldwide, including to North America, Europe, and other international destinations. All orders are shipped from the European Union.

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the destination country.
Exact shipping rates will be displayed during the checkout process before payment is completed.

Carrier


All orders are shipped via FedEx.
Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days worldwide.
We process and pack orders within 72 business hours (Monday–Friday).

Shipping Notification & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a FedEx tracking number.
FedEx may provide updates on your shipment’s progress and estimated delivery time.

Shipping Zones
We currently ship to:

United States & Canada
European Union
Other international destinations (with some restrictions)

International Customers (Outside the EU)
If your order is being shipped to a country outside the European Union, including the United States:

Your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your local government.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
You are solely responsible for paying any such fees upon delivery.
Please contact your local customs office for estimated charges before placing an order.
If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs or failed delivery, a $20 USD return fee will be deducted from your refund.

Payment Information
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

Sales Tax
Orders shipped to Illinois, USA will include applicable state sales tax.
Customers outside Illinois or the U.S. are responsible for any local tax obligations, including VAT or import duties.

Additional Notes
If your shipment is delayed from our side (e.g., inventory or packing), we’ll notify you via email as soon as possible.
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by FedEx, customs processing, or local delivery providers.
FedEx may hold packages for a limited time. If a package is returned due to non-delivery or refusal, a $20 USD restocking fee will apply.
