Shipping & Payment Policy

Shipping

We ship worldwide from the European Union, including to the United States, Canada, and other international destinations. If you are unsure whether we ship to your country, contact us at support@distortioninc.com before placing your order.

All orders are shipped via FedEx. Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days. Orders are packed and dispatched within 72 business hours, Monday through Friday.

Shipping costs are calculated by weight and destination and will be shown clearly at checkout before you pay. All prices and fees on this site are listed in USD.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a FedEx tracking number.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items may have longer fulfillment times. Check the product page for the estimated ship date. If you need to cancel a pre-order for any reason, contact us and we will issue a full refund.

Import Taxes & Customs Fees — Your Responsibility

If you are ordering from outside the European Union — including the United States, Canada, or any other country — your shipment will very likely be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by your local government.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. They are 100% the buyer's responsibility and must be paid upon delivery.

We have no control over these fees and cannot predict the exact amount. Please check with your local customs office before placing your order if you are unsure what to expect.

If a package is refused or returned because customs fees were not paid, or because delivery failed, the following return fees will be deducted from your refund:

  • EU customers: $20 USD
  • US & Canada: $29 USD
  • All other destinations: Actual return shipping cost as charged by FedEx

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@distortioninc.com with photos of the damage. You will need to file a claim directly with FedEx — we will guide you through the process and support you every step of the way.

We are not liable for delays or losses caused by FedEx, customs processing, or local delivery providers.

Returns & Refunds

Your Right to Cancel (EU Customers)

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, without needing to provide an explanation. This is your legal right under EU consumer law.

To exercise this right, contact us at support@distortioninc.com within 14 days of delivery. You must return the item within 14 days of notifying us. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Once we receive the item in its original, unused condition, we will refund the full product price. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Returns for All Other Customers

Customers outside the EU may also return their order within 14 days of receiving it, under the same conditions: item must be unused and in original condition, return shipping is at your expense, and original shipping costs will not be refunded.

To initiate a return, email us at support@distortioninc.com. Do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds will be processed promptly once we receive and inspect the returned item. We will confirm the refund timeline with you at the time of your return request.

Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay
  • PayPal

Orders shipped to Illinois, USA will include applicable state sales tax. Customers outside Illinois are responsible for any local tax or VAT obligations in their own country.
