Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you (the “Customer”) and Distortion, Inc, the operator of www.warheadamps.com (the “Website”). By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

“Website”: The online store located at www.warheadamps.com, where physical products are sold.
“Customer”: Any person or entity purchasing goods through the Website.
“Operator”: Distortion, Inc, a company registered in the State of Illinois, with its principal place of business at 986 Bosworthfield Road, Barrington, IL 60010, USA.
“Goods”: Physical products, including amplifiers and speakers, offered for sale on the Website.
“Order”: A request by a Customer to purchase Goods.
“Purchase Agreement”: A legally binding contract formed when an Order is accepted and confirmed by the Operator.

2. Product Information & Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
Prices include applicable Illinois sales tax where required by law.
Shipping and handling fees are calculated at checkout.
The Operator reserves the right to update prices or discontinue products at any time without notice.
If a price is displayed in error, the Operator may cancel the order or request confirmation of the correct price.

3. Ordering and Acceptance

Customers place an Order by selecting products, completing the checkout process, and submitting the Order.
An email confirming receipt of the Order will be sent automatically but does not constitute acceptance.
The Purchase Agreement is only formed when the Operator confirms the Order or dispatches the Goods.
The Operator reserves the right to cancel any Order for any reason, including suspected fraud or inventory errors.

4. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of ordering.
Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout and may include credit/debit cards and third-party processors.
The Customer is responsible for any fees or charges imposed by their bank or payment provider.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Goods are shipped to the address provided during checkout.
Delivery estimates are for reference only and not guaranteed.
Title and risk of loss pass to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Right to Cancel & Return Policy

Customers purchasing for personal use may cancel an Order within 14 days of delivery.

To cancel:

Return the unused Goods in original condition and packaging to:

Customers are responsible for the full cost of return shipping unless the Goods are defective or misdescribed.

Refunds will be issued once returned items are inspected.
A reduction may apply for any damage, wear, or missing components.
Non-returnable items include:

Custom or modified equipment
Opened or installed electronics
Products showing signs of use or damage not present upon delivery

7. Repairs & Services

Distortion, Inc offers repair services exclusively for its own products.

All repair requests must be submitted via support@distortioninc.com.
Each case is reviewed individually and quoted based on the condition and required service.
The Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with repair services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Limited Warranty (Consumers Only)

Distortion, Inc warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) yearfrom the date of delivery, provided that the product was used in accordance with all instructions outlined in the respective user manual.

This warranty:

Applies only to original purchasers acting as consumers (non-commercial use)
Covers manufacturing defects only
Requires proof of purchase
The warranty does not cover:

Damage due to misuse, neglect, modification, or improper installation
Normal wear and tear
Products used in professional or commercial environments
Warranty claims should be submitted to support@distortioninc.com.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Distortion, Inc disclaims all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.
Distortion, Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use or profit, even if advised of the possibility.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website—including product descriptions, images, branding, and designs—is the intellectual property of Distortion, Inc or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Dispute Resolution:

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and the Customer consents to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
